Constructiblz3D – Terms and Conditions Last Updated: 5/27/2026 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products, services, custom orders, and transactions made through Constructiblz3D (“the Business”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, requesting a quote, sending payment, or receiving a product, the customer (“you” or “the customer”) agrees to these Terms. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment may be required in full or partially upfront before production begins. Quotes are estimates only and may change depending on material usage, design changes, shipping costs, or production time. Custom orders begin production only after approval of the design, quote, and payment arrangement. Once production has started, cancellations may not qualify for a full refund. Failure to pay for completed orders within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of the order or forfeiture of deposits. All products sold by Constructiblz3D are custom-made using 3D printing processes. Due to the nature of 3D printing, layer lines, surface imperfections, small marks, or slight dimensional variations may be present. These are considered normal and are not defects unless they significantly affect the intended function of the product. Printed colors may vary slightly from photos, previews, or previous orders depending on filament batches, lighting, and material availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use, reproduce, or modify any files, models, logos, or designs submitted to Constructiblz3D. Constructiblz3D reserves the right to refuse any request involving copyrighted, illegal, unsafe, offensive, or trademark-protected material. The customer accepts full responsibility for submitted files, including any legal claims related to intellectual property. Due to the custom nature of most products, refunds and returns are generally not accepted once production has started. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved order, the customer must contact Constructiblz3D within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. Refunds, replacements, or repairs are handled at the discretion of Constructiblz3D. Constructiblz3D is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to excessive heat, modifications made by the customer, or normal wear and tear. Estimated production and shipping times are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to printer maintenance, supply shortages, shipping carriers, weather, or high order volume. Once an order has been shipped, Constructiblz3D is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate. Any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately. 3D printed items may not be suitable for high temperatures, food contact, heavy structural loads, medical applications, or safety-critical use unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. Constructiblz3D is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or failures resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or use outside the intended purpose. Children should use products only under appropriate supervision where necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constructiblz3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services. Constructiblz3D’s total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Constructiblz3D retains ownership of original designs, renders, product photos, branding, and custom modifications created by the Business. Constructiblz3D may use photos or renders of completed orders for advertising, social media, portfolio use, or promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before completion. Customers are expected to communicate respectfully. Constructiblz3D reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue communication in cases of harassment, abuse, threats, fraud, or unreasonable behavior. Constructiblz3D may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to the transaction. By purchasing from Constructiblz3D, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
